About the Home
Born of the sal forest
Sylvaara takes its name from silva — Latin for “forest”. Tucked into a quiet sal belt outside Ramnagar, the retreat was imagined as a single, deeply private refuge: one suite, one glasshouse table, and an acre of green that answers to no schedule but the river’s.
Days begin with mist over the Kosi and end beside a crackling firepit. In between: safari trails into Corbett’s oldest ranges, slow lunches under the glasshouse canopy, and the rare luxury of absolute quiet.
